The hotel's location is excellent, situated in a highly commercial area. We were conveniently close to shopping malls, ATMs, restaurants, Park Street, Ballygunge. the room even had a fridge, which was a nice bonus.

Clean and beautiful room, had a very comfortable stay of my last visit. Great location adjacent to kolkata and another countries, and the shopping malls, amazing views. Outstanding food in the restaurants such as Smoke House Deli, located 10 min away.

The hotel has spacious rooms in a good area close to attractions on Park Street. the rooms are equipped with a refrigerator and fridge, for example. There is a huge variety of outstanding food options for meals. the location is marvelous, and the staff is nice.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff, who even provided us with complimentary breakfast at our desired time. The location was also great with convenient access to commercial areas and park street attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with both wall and portable water heaters, especially useful during colder months.
For us, it was ideal as we had no negative experiences to report.
